In Sohar, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion has started an aluminum initiative that is anticipated to draw in 180 million rubles in investments.
MUSCAT: With the help of 27 new manufacturers, the plan seeks to build an integrated economic cluster for the aluminum industry, generating 3,855 direct and indirect jobs. Under the 2040 Industrial Strategy, this action is a crucial component of Oman’s plan to encourage industrial growth and diversification. From advanced manufacturing to aluminum processing, the integrated cluster will encompass a diverse spectrum of sectors, fostering a strong industrial ecosystem in the area.
