Wilayat of Adam is soaked by heavy rains, which flood communities and cause severe winds throughout Oman.

This evening, heavy to moderate rainfall fell on several villages in the Wilayat of Adam, which is part of the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate of Oman.

MUSCAT: The villages of Al-Ghubaytah, Al-Khazinah, Wadi Al-Oud, Al-Samti, Saih Al-Sariyah, Saih Al-Salam, and their surrounding settlements saw an especially severe flood.

The strong winds contributed to the evening’s spectacular weather, and residents reported heavy rainfall that soon accumulated.

There were reports of moderate rains in the governorate center, Al-Bashaer, Sana’a, and Al-Manaf, in addition to the torrential deluge that spread to other areas of the governorate.
