Discussing Regional & Global Developments with his Iranian colleague, the Foreign Minister Oman

Muscat: Today, Dr. Abbas Araghchi, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, was welcomed into the office of Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi.

The two ministers discussed ways to improve bilateral cooperation in a number of areas during the discussion. They also discussed current events in the region and around the world.

The two ministers emphasized the significance of setting up the framework for diplomatic solutions and utilizing channels of communication and nonviolent methods to address problems and reduce tensions in light of recent events.

Both parties sent representatives to the meeting.
