Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tariq Al Said, the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, officially opened the highly anticipated “Global Knowledge Dialogue – Muscat” Forum at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
