Three Injured in House Fire in South Al Batinah; Firefighters Successfully Contain Blaze

Muscat: Firefighters from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department (CDAA) in South Al Batinah Governorate responded promptly to a house fire in the Wilayat of Barka. Three individuals were injured in the incident and were quickly transported to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, the victims are currently reported to be in stable condition.

The CDAA confirmed that their teams managed to bring the fire under control and fully extinguish the blaze. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.

In a separate incident on Sunday, January 26, 2025, firefighting teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate responded to a fire in an apartment building in the Wilayat of Mutrah. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the fire was successfully extinguished without further complications.
