A funding deal between the Ministry of Health and the Oman LNG Development Foundation has been inked to outfit the endoscopic unit at Ibra Hospital for urology and pediatric surgery.
MUSCAT : The agreement, which aims to provide the latest equipment and technologies, is expected to significantly enhance the quality of medical services available to children, particularly in the areas of urology and paediatric surgery.
Today, the Ministry of Health signed an agreement to finance the project to equip the urology and pediatric surgery endoscopy unit at Ibra Hospital with the Oman LNG Development Foundation. This comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts to improve health services and enhance the hospital’s capabilities in providing specialized medical care to patients.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Health by H.E. Sulaiman bin Nasser Al Hajji, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and on behalf of the Oman LNG Development Foundation by Dr. Amer bin Nasser Al-Muta’ani, CEO of the company.
