Muscat: Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Oman Foreign Ministry, welcomed Edmondo Cirielli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, during an official meeting on Wednesday.
Strengthening Oman-Italy Bilateral Relations
The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors to further strengthen diplomatic and economic ties between Oman and Italy. Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to expanding collaborative efforts in areas of mutual interest, aiming to boost trade, investment, and cultural exchanges.

In addition to bilateral relations, the two leaders exchanged views on regional developments, particularly in the Middle East.
