Mumbai: The much-anticipated 25th edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) is all set to captivate audiences in Jaipur, Rajasthan, this March.
Kicking off on Saturday, March 8th, the event will feature the debut of the Sobha Realty IIFA Digital Awards, co-presented by NEXA, highlighting the outstanding achievements in OTT and digital entertainment. This move showcases IIFA’s commitment to adapting to the evolving entertainment landscape.
The grand culmination of the event will take place on Sunday, March 9th, celebrating cinematic brilliance and honoring the remarkable impact of Indian cinema on a global scale.
During a press conference in Mumbai, several prominent personalities, including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, actor Kartik Aaryan, and Rajasthan’s Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, officially unveiled the 25th edition alongside IIFA co-founders Andre Timmins, Viraf Sarkari, and Sabbas Joseph.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Shah Rukh Khan said, “IIFA has been a significant part of my journey, and celebrating its Silver Jubilee in Jaipur is truly special. From the first ceremony at the Millennium Dome in London to 25 years of unforgettable memories, IIFA has showcased the global appeal of Indian cinema. It’s an honor to be part of this grand celebration.”
Stepping into the role of host for this milestone event, Kartik Aaryan shared his excitement, stating, “Hosting IIFA’s 25th anniversary in Jaipur is a dream come true. Indian cinema’s global success deserves this grand celebration, and I am thrilled to be a part of it. This milestone promises to be a spectacular experience for fans worldwide.”
Andre Timmins, Co-Founder of IIFA, emphasized the event’s significance, saying, “The 25th edition will commemorate a quarter-century of promoting cultural exchange, cinematic excellence, and unforgettable experiences. Inspired by the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to boost tourism through innovation, hosting IIFA in Jaipur is a proud moment for us.”

Renowned performer Nora Fatehi, also present at the press event, expressed her excitement about performing at IIFA 2025. She said, “IIFA has always been an extraordinary celebration of Indian cinema.
