
Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) successfully carried out a rescue operation in Wadi Bani Khalid, North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, after a hiker sustained injuries while trekking in the mountainous terrain.
Swift Emergency Response
According to an official statement from CDAA, emergency teams in North Al Sharqiyah responded immediately upon receiving a distress call regarding an injured hiker. The specialized rescue unit swiftly navigated the rugged landscape to reach the individual in distress.
Upon arrival, the rescue team provided first aid and emergency medical care to stabilize the hiker before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
