955 illegal goods are seized by Oman’s CPA in the Dakhiliyah Governorate.

The Al Dakhiliyah Governorate’s Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has taken action against a business that was discovered to be selling illegal and non-conforming goods.
Muscat – The CPA’s team uncovered a commercial establishment selling prohibited items, including Dermovate cream that fails to meet required specifications, along with Royal Honey Golden Pearl and Fayza Cream, which are banned products.
In total, 955 products were seized during the raid. The CPA noted that these products they violate health and safety regulations, posing potential risks to consumers.
These goods will be destroyed, and legal measures are being taken against the violators. Violation reports have been filed to ensure appropriate action is taken in accordance with consumer protection laws.
