MUSCAT: The Honorable The opening of the Raneen Art Festival in Wilayat Muttrah was sponsored by Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said. The event, which takes place from November 22 to 30, will include seminars led by Makan Studio, live musical performances, and visual arts displays.
