The Governor of Dhofar, His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, received the highest civilian honor from His Majesty the Sultan.
MUSCAT: His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar, was granted the “Order of Oman” (Second Class Civil Order) by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday.
