In honor of his outstanding contributions to the Sultanate’s healthcare system, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik awarded H.E. Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health, the Oman Civil Order (2nd Grade).
MUSCAT: H.E. Dr. Al Sabti conveyed his gratitude for the honor in an emotional letter posted on his official X (previously Twitter) account. He wrote: “Oman and its people are unique in the blessing of a generous Sultan, whose splendor is an honor that befits no one but him.” An extension of the care that has previously been given to me, the “Order of Oman” that my master has bestowed upon me is a beacon of abundant giving. It is a medal on the chest of the person who educated me, worked with me, and continues to work with me, and who saw his greatest ambitions in the advancement of Oman. May the Sultan and the people of Oman be blessed.
