MUMBAI: According to an ESPNcricinfo report, Jasprit Bumrah will captain Team India in the Perth Test match against Australia in the forthcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy. In preparation for the second Test in Adelaide, which begins on December 4, India captain Rohit Sharma, who will miss the first Test in Perth, will return home for the birth of his second child.

According to an ESPNcricinfo report, Perth will play Australia in the 2019 Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Ace seamer Jasprit Bumrah will captain Team India in the Perth Test beginning on November 22 in Rohit Sharma’s place.
