The agreement aims to provide sustainable taxi services and improve digital infrastructure.
ITCHA Group and Yango Group will make significant investments to develop Otaxi business ecosystem, opening up new vistas for growth in the local taxi business in the region.
In addition to passenger transportation, this deal covers parcel delivery. On the Otaxi app, there will be an option for expedited delivery. This would facilitate the delivery of gifts and private packages and expedite the fulfillment of orders from shops and eateries. Additionally, the program allows customers to re-manage delivery operations across a variety of corporate categories, including small and medium companies (SMEs), and access retail, e-commerce, and logistics platforms.
In the near future, Yango Group wants to introduce the Yango Super App in the Sultanate of Oman. For both locals and visitors coming to the Sultanate of Oman from overseas, the app will make it easier to access Otaxi journeys and expedite delivery services.
