LuLu Exchange adds two new customer service centers to increase its presence in Oman.

To meet the expanding demands of Oman’s diversified population, the recently opened customer interaction centers will provide a comprehensive range of financial services, such as foreign exchange, money transfer, and other payment options.

MUSCAT: With the establishment of its two new client interaction centers, LuLu Exchange, one of the most well-known providers of financial services and cross-border payments, plans to increase its footprint in Oman. On October 28, 2024, the 44th and 45th LuLu Exchange customer interaction centers in the Sultanate of Oman, located in Mabela Sanaiyah and Sohar Industrial City, respectively, opened to the public.

In the presence of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director of LuLu Exchange Oman, Mr. Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director of LuLu Financial Holdings, and other top corporate executives, the new centers were virtually opened.

“We are always searching for methods to grow and make our services approachable in Oman in keeping with the changing demands and expectations of today’s clients,” stated Sheikh Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director of LuLu Exchange Oman. With every new customer engagement center we open, we hope to bring financial solutions closer to the communities we serve.
