Oman Weather Live: NCEM reports electricity outages in South Al Sharqiyah

The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) has provided an update on the electricity service in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate as of October 15.
10:50 am: As per the update, a total of six outages have been reported in the region.
Five of these outages have been successfully addressed in the wilayats of Sur, Jaalan Bani Bu Hassan, and Jaalan Bani Bu Ali. Additionally, one outage is currently being handled in the wilayats of Dima and Al Tayyin.
10:22am: Due to the heavy rainfall, the wadi is currently flowing, obstructing traffic in the area.
The ROP is urging caution and advising public to avoid crossing the flooded valleys.
10:10 am: Radar and satellite outputs show the continued flow of rain clouds and rainfall of varying intensity over parts of the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta, Muscat and parts of North Al Sharqiyah,” states the met office report.
9:50 am: Following closely, the Wilayat of Jalan Bani Bu Ali received 26 mm of rain, while the Wilayat of Al Jazir recorded 4 mm.
